Research, Monitoring & Evaluation
Our soil-mapping research fed into the World Bank Group report 'Map to the Future (M2F): Integrating Soil Mapping into Cocoa Farm Development Plans in Ghana'. We also completed a study on access to finance and BDS in the Western Region for WUSC, and an aquaculture project terminal evaluation for the Western Regional Coastal Foundation.
Farm Development Plan Program
Through adoption of climate-smart agriculture and improved farm management practices under the Touton-financed FDP, 3,500 cocoa farmers across Ashanti, Western, Bono and Ahafo regions recorded a 100% increase in farm yield.
MSME Development & Capacity Strengthening
Under the WUSC WAGE project, our technical assistance supported 5 SME associations covering 150 entrepreneurs to enhance their access to finance — and 10 MSME associations were formalised and equipped with investment-worthy business plans.
GIZ Inclusive Fashion Project
In partnership with GIZ Ghana, we are training 100 PWDs in practical, demand-driven fashion skills and establishing a fashion hub in Kumasi — a one-year programme running through October 2025.
IDH Cocoa Agroforestry
Across the Asutifi-Asunafo Hotspot Intervention Area, we educated 15,000 smallholder cocoa farmers on cocoa agroforestry and tree registration protocols through a 5-week interactive radio campaign and community launch events.
